Describe a time in your life
when you helped someone else or were helped by someone else with a problem. Describe the problem. How did
you help or were you helped? What did you learn from this experience and would you do it again or
recommend others do something similar? Were you changed by the experience? Was the change good or
bad?
As you can see,
the classic IELTS speaking topic are those topics which will allow you to expand upon them. In fact they
often are topics that call for your opinion and some reflection as to why you feel the way you do about that
particular subject.
